摘要
目的:探讨造影剂对临床病例的不良影响及预防。方法:采用回顾性方法对造影剂肾病(CIN)病例进行分析。结果:造影前已合并有肾功能异常及糖尿病、高血压等易致急性肾功能衰竭。结论:造影前识别高危患者,采取预防措施,可降低发病率。
Objective： To investigate the adverse effects and prevention of Conrast-induced on clinical cases. Methods： 38 cases with CIN were analysis retrospective. Results： The patients with kidney function abnormity, diabetes and hypertension before contrast were easy renal failure. Conclusion： The crisis Patient must be recognized and use prevent measure before contrast, so it can reduce sickening rate.
