自发电电站电液比例泵控马达系统的优化控制 被引量:4

摘要 以车载自发电电站液压传动系统为研究对象,介绍其研究现状以及电液比例泵控马达系统的组成、工作原理和控制过程,以此建立液压传动系统的数学计算模型,在此基础上应用AMESim仿真软件进行动力传动的仿真分析.仿真结果表明,采用电液比例控制方案的泵控马达系统能够满足发动机在不同工况时发电机的转速输出要求,同时也能达到自发电电站的性能参数指标,具有较好的应用参考价值. Taking hydraulic transmission system of vehicle-carried self generating device as investigation object, its present research situation as well as the composition, operation principle, and control process of the system with electro-hydraulic proportional pump controlled motor were introduced and, based on it, the mathematical model of hydraulic transmission system was established. On this basis and by using sim- ulation software AMESim, the power transmission simulation analysis was carried out. The simulation re- sult showed that, by using electro-hydraulic proportional contl:ol of pump controlled motor system speed output requirement of the generator could be met for different working conditions of the engine. Mean- time, the index of performance parameter of the self generating system could also be achieved, exhibiting its better application value.
