摘要
针对传统的珩磨机主轴往复换向不能满足主轴往复运动高速度、高加速度及高换向精度的要求,根据珩磨机珩磨头往复运动机构的特点,建立高速数控珩磨机往复运动数学模型及其参考模型系统,应用Simulink工具对控制系统进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明,采用参考模型自适应控制方法能够使珩磨头往复运动过程与参考模型一致,同时超调量也有所减小,能够很好地满足系统的性能指标,并具有一定的抗干扰能力.
Aimed at the situation that the traditional honing machines' spindle reciprocating cannot satisfy the requirement of the reversing reciprocating movement With high speed, high acceleration and high reversing accuracy, according to the characteristics of reciprocating movement mechanism in the honing ma- chines, its mathematic model and system o~ reference model were set up for high-speed digitally controlled honing machines. Then the control system was simulated and analyzed by using the tool kit of Simulink. The simulation result showed that the use of the reference model of the adaptive control method could make the reciprocal motion of honing head consistent with the reference model. Meantime, the overshoot would be reduced to some extent, so that the system performance index could be well satisfied and the system would have a certain anti-interference ;ability.
