摘要
针对液压驱动往复泵开式液压系统泵送回路换向时高压管路冲击问题,深入分析和研究了冲击产生的根本原因,提出了改善换向阀的换向性能和高压管路并接蓄能器两种解决方案。通过建立数学模型进行仿真分析和比较,得出并接蓄能器综合效果最佳,并进一步深入研究了蓄能器有效容积和充气压力对液压冲击吸收效果的影响。
Hydraulic shock of high-pressure pipeline in hydraulic-drive reciprocating pump was studied,the reason that caused the impact to take place was analyzed,and two solutions to this problem were put forward,they are: improving the performance of reversing valve and connecting accumulators in parallel high-pressure pipeline.Through establishing mathematical model and making simulation analysis and comparing the results,the best solution was obtained,that is: connecting accumulators in high-pressure pipeline.And the absorbing effects of useful volume and inflation pressure of accumulators on the hydraulic shock were further studied.
