摘要
长庆气田经过近20年的开发建设,目前已投产或已规划建产气田共9座,气田产能呈跳跃式增长,产能总规模已位列国内之首。其中,苏里格气田的地质储量超万亿立方米,它的成功开发是长庆气田油气当量实现5 000万t/a规划目标的重要保障,其地面集输系统的工艺技术成为国内"三低"气田开发的典范。文章按气田建设的先后顺序,分别叙述了长庆气田区域内各气田地面集输系统所采用的核心工艺技术、各自的特点及适用的范围;同时介绍了各气田分别采用的MDEA脱硫脱碳天然气净化工艺及丙烷制冷低温分离的天然气脱油脱水处理工艺。
Since being explored and constructed for nearly twenty years,Changqing Gas Field has owend nine gas fields in production or under planning.Its productivity grows by leaps and bounds and has ranked the top of China.Sulige Gas Field,as a part of Changqing Gas Field,has the gas geological reserves of over a trillion cubic meters,its successful development is not only the important guarantee for the output target of 50 Mt/a of oil and gas equivalent of Changqing Gas Field,but also an outstanding model of developing 'Three Lows'(i.e.low permeability,low pressure and low abundance) gas field in China by its unique surface gathering system technologies.The article describes the core technologies of surface gathering system according to gas field construction steps,the respective characteristics and adaptable range for each gas field in Changqing Gas Field.At the same time,it introduces the gas purification process using MDEA desulfurization and decarburization technique,and the oil removal and dehydration process using propane refrigerating low temperature separation technique,which are adopted respectively by the gas fields in Changqing Gas Field.
