一种新型分采泵的研制及在延长油田的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对延长油田油井大都同时开采2个层系的情况,为消除或减少油井在同时开采2个层系,特别是层间物性差异较大时油层层间的干扰,充分挖掘油层潜力,设计了一种新的分采混出泵,并对泵的各项强度指标进行了校核计算。室内试验结果表明,泵的各项指标均达到合格要求;现场应用结果表明,该技术分采增产效果明显,在延长油田具有很强的适应性。 Most oil wells in Yanchang Oilfield exploit simultaneously two oil layers. In order to eliminate or reduce the interference between oil layers,in particular,when there is great difference in the physical properties of the layers,and to fully tap the potential of the oil reservoirs,a new layered oil production pump is designed,and it can make two oil layers produce separately but the produced oil mixed. The strength indexes of the new oil production pump are checked. Laboratory tests indicate that the strength indexes meet the design requirements. The field application shows that the layered production-mixing output technology has obvious oil production increasing effect,and it has a strong adaptability to Yanchang Oilfield.
