摘要
醇胺法和砜胺法迄今仍是国内外最广泛应用的天然气脱硫(脱碳)工艺方法,四川石石油管理局已有近30年的使用历史。在总结以往经验的基础上,提出了脱硫装置工艺设计要点,重点为工艺流程设计及设各选型。阐述了原料气分离系统、溶液再生系统、溶液循环及过滤、惰性气体保护系统、溶液和酸气的冷却方式等方面应注意的问题及某些设计方案的比选意见。并分析了流程中的泵类和塔器、冷换设备等工艺设各的设计问题。
So far,hydramine and sulfone processes are widely used for gss desulfurization(decarbonization)at home and abroad. Sichcan Petroleum Administration has used the processes for 30 years.Based on summing up previous experiences, it is pointed out that the design main points and stress of desulfurization devices are technological process and equipment selecting. The problems to which should be po id more attention in the aspects of unstripped gas separation system,solution regenerating system,solution circulating and filtering,inert gas pretection system,the cooling pattern of solution and acid acs etc.,and some suggestions of selecting design program are expounded. The design problems of technolosical equipments such as pumps, towers, coolers, circulating devices are analysed.
