摘要
八十年代以来,为解决酸气含量很高的天然气净化问题,国外致力于开发利用物理原理进行分离的方法,已取得成功的有低温分馏和膜分离两种方法。由于膜分离法的过程简单,容易控制,可以克服常规胺法能耗高的固有弱点,因而在国外颇受重视。本文扼要介绍了此法的基本原理,工艺过程的主要影响因素以及工业装置实例。
Since 1980s, for solving the problems in purification of high sulfur content natural gas, the separation methods based on the physical principle have been developed abroad, and two methods such as low temperature fractional distillation and membrance separation are successful. Because the process of membrance separation method is simple and easy to control and overcomes the weakness points of high energy consumption in amine method, this method is paid great attention to abroad. Its basic principle, main effect factors of technology process and some industrial equipment are introduced in this paper.
