摘要
通过盆栽试验 ,研究了施用污泥与化肥种植苇状羊茅后煤矸石风化物的微生物活性 ,结果表明 :污泥与化肥配施比单纯施用化肥能更好地提高煤矸石风化物的微生物总数量 4~ 2 3倍 (达到 2 .39× 10 7个 / g矸石 ) ,脲酶活性 1.8~ 2 .8倍 ,生物量碳 0 .3~ 2 .4倍 ,煤矸石风化物有效养分提高 ,并且各指标随污泥施用量增加而提高 ,6 % (135t/ hm2 )
Through pot experiments,the effect of applying chemical fertilizers and sludge on the micro organism activities in reclamation and revegetation of the gangue weathering matter was studied. The results showed:with the sludge application and chemical fertilizers, all treatments significantly increase biomass C and populations of micro organisms and urease activity of the gangue weathering matter, as compared with the treatments only chemical fertilizers applied. Available nutrition can be rapidly enhanced after revegetation.Especially the treatment applying 6% sludge play a key role for ecological rehabilitation of the coal areas.
