摘要
灯盏花乙素(Scutellarin)是从灯盏花中提取的主要成分,可用于治疗心脑血管的损伤.灯盏花乙素对血管生成和肿瘤细胞及其内皮细胞的有一定的作用,对氧化应激诱导的细胞凋亡都有显著的影响,通过抑制PKC的亚型易位来治疗糖尿病相关疾病.
Scutellarin (SCU) , the main bioactive component of Erigeron brevlscapus, has been shown to offer beneficial effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular functions. SCU effects on angiogenesis and cancer cells and endothelial cells, and it also shows the effect on oxidative stress-induced cell apoptosis. SCU inhibits the transloeation of PKC in vivo and in vitro, and may have value as a drug in the treatment of diabetic complications. We reviewed SCU pharmacological research progress in the present paper.
