卡维地洛的药理作用研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 卡维地洛是一种第三代的 β 受体阻滞剂 ,具有 β受体和α1受体的双重阻滞、抗氧化、心脏和神经保护、抗心律失常等药理作用 ,临床已用于治疗心力衰竭。
