摘要
以伊文氏蓝(Evan's Blue)对脑组织的蓝染程度为判别指标,观察了家兔、大鼠灌服冰片后,伊文氏蓝对脑组织的着色。发现冰片能增强伊文氏蓝对脑纽织的蓝染程度,提示冰片有改善(提高)血脑屏障通透性的作用。
After the rabbits and rats were fed with borneol, their brain tissue was stained with Evan's blue. It was shown that administration of borneol can increase the blue coloration of stained brain tissue. It is suggested that borneol can increase the permeability of blood-brain barrier.
