摘要
目的 :通过对青藤碱凝胶剂的性状、pH值、鉴别、含量测定等的研究 ,确立其质量标准。 方法 :用一阶导数光谱法测定青藤碱凝胶的含量。结果 :在波长 (2 91± 1)nm处用一阶导数光谱法测定波谷D值 ,用青藤碱盐酸盐浓度C进行回归 ,得到方程D =- 3.6 7× 10 -4 + 3 .38× 10 -4 C ,r =0 .9997,线性范围 2 5 .12 5~ 5 0 .2 5 μg·ml-1。平均回收率 10 1.8% (n =6 ) ,RSD 1.0 6 %。结论 :结果表明该方法操作简便、不用分离 ,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE:To study the characters, pH value, qualitative identification and concentration determination etc of Sinomine gel in order to establish its quality standard.METHODS:First order derivative spectrum was used as the concentration determination method. RESULTS:The determining wavelength was (272±1) nm.It was found that Sinomine was linear over the range of 25.125 ~ 50.25 μg·ml -1 , and the regression equation was D= 3.67 ×10 -4 + 3.38 ×10 -4 C, r= 0.999 7 ,in that the C was the concentration of Sinomine hydrochloride.The average recovery rate was 101.8% ( n =6), RSD =1.06%. CONCLUSIONS:The operations were simple while the results were reliable and accurtate. [
