摘要
目的:研究青藤碱凝胶经皮给药的药动学特征。方法:采用HPLC测定血浆中青藤碱的浓度,分别给予家兔1%,2%,5%的青藤碱凝胶,以口服给药为对照,测定不同时间的青藤碱血药质量浓度,用3P97药动学程序进行处理,计算药动学参数。结果:青藤碱凝胶经皮给药后血药质量浓度明显低于口服给药,但达峰时间和半衰期延长。结论:青藤碱凝胶可达到缓慢释放的效果。
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of sinomenine by transdermal delivery. METHODS The sinomenine was determined in plasma by high performance liquid chromatography. The rabbits was given sinomenine gels in 1%,2%, 5%, respectively. The concentration was determined in various time,and the data was processed by 3P97, the pharmacokinetics parameters was calculated. RESULTS Sinomenine concentration was lower in gels than in tablets, but the peak time and half life was delayed. CONCLUSION Sinomenine gels has sustained release effects.
