选用羟丙基甲基纤维素为水凝胶型骨架材料 ,乙基纤维素为阻滞剂制备非洛地平缓释胶囊。通过考察其体外释放度 ,评价了该缓释胶囊的处方 ,结果表明该制剂的体外释药行为符合
Felodipine was formulated with some excipients to prepare sustained release capsules. The influence of HPMC with different viscosity and EC with different capacity on the drug release in vitro has been studied. The results showed that the release behavior of the capsules followed Higuchi equation.
