基于Dynaform的中心轴托架冲压成形数值模拟研究 被引量:10

摘要 以板料成形非线性有限元软件Dynaform为计算平台,对中心轴托架的薄板延伸件进行了冲压成形模拟计算。通过试验,得到了不同的成形极限图。压边力、凹模圆角半径和摩擦系数对中心轴托架零件冲压性能影响的模拟结果为消除冲压过程中产生的褶皱和破裂提供了理论依据。 Taking the sheet metal forming with nonlinear finite element software Dynaform as computing platforms, the stamping forming of the center shaft bracket sheet extension parts was simulated. The different forming limit diagrams were obtained by the test. The simulation results of the influence of the blank holder force, matrix radius and friction coefficient on the stamping performance of the central shaft bracket parts provide theoretical basis for eliminating the fold and fracture in the stamping process.
