摘要
针对圆孔翻边在成形过程中易出现破裂、起皱等缺陷的问题,采用有限元分析软件DYNAFORM对圆孔翻边成形过程中的影响因素进行了数值模拟。结果表明,板料硬化指数、板料厚度及厚向异性系数增大,均有利于翻边成形。
Aiming at problems of wrinkle and crack in the hole-flanging forming, affecting factors in the hole-flanging forming process were simulated by using the program Dynaform. The simulation results indicate that the increase of the material hardening exponent, coefficient of normal anisotropy and sheet metal thickness are beneficial to form part.
