超大型T型拼接平台与水平面的夹角及其平面度检测与调试方法研究

摘要 重点介绍了超大型T型拼接平台的水平位置分析及其平面度的测量与调试方法。首先使用自动安平水准仪和游标高度尺调整三块平台上规定位置的高度,通过MATLAB计算平台整体平面度,根据计算结果进行平台平面度调整,减小各点高度差并提高共面性。同时使用数字式平面水平仪测量每块平台的水平位置,判断三块平台工作面与水平面的夹角及其方位角,与MATLAB计算结果进行比较验证,为后期平台调整提供理论依据。 The horizontal position analysis of super large T type splicing plat- form and its planeness measurement and adjustment method were introduced emphati- cally. First the height of specified positions on the three platforms is adjusted using the automatic compensated level gauge and vernier height gauge, the integral planeness of the platform is calculated with MATLAB, then the planeness of the platform shall be adjusted based on the calculation result to reduce height of each point and improve coplanarity. Meanwhile, the digital plane level gauge is used to measure the horizontal position of each platform and determine the intersection angle of the three platforms and horizontal plane and their azimuth angle, and they will be compared and verified with MATLAB calculation result, which will provide theoretic basis for later period platform adjustment.
