摘要
对轨道车辆乙型车顶弯梁的成形工艺进行了研究,对不同的成形方式进行比较,设计并制作了弯梁压形模具。应用Dynaform软件对轨道车辆乙型弯梁进行数值模拟,得到展开尺寸后进行试验,并在局部修补后得到乙型弯梁的精确坯料尺寸。使用1250t压力机进行压形,并对模具及展开尺寸进行不断调整,保证乙型弯梁成形后满足使用要求。
The forming process of the Z-type curved roof beam of the railcar was studied. The different forming methods were compared, and the pressing die for curved beam was designed and made. The Dynaform software was used to simulate the Z-type curved beam of the railcar, and the unfolded size was obtained and tested. After the partial resizing, the accurate blank size of the Z-type curved beam was obtained. The 1 250 t press was used for pressing, the die sets and the unfolding size were continuously adjusted to ensure that the Z-type curved beam could meet the requirements after forming.
