摘要
目的建立维U颠茄铝镁胶囊中硫酸阿托品的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,用十八烷基硅胶键合色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(22∶78),检测波长:208 nm;流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL。结果硫酸阿托品在5.012 5～100.25μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快捷,准确、重现性好,灵敏度高,可用于建立维U颠茄铝镁胶囊的定量质量标准。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of Atropine Sulfate in Vitamin U Aluminium Hydroxide and Mangesium Trisilicate capsules. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of Atropine Sulfate. Results A good linearity was seen of Atropine Sulfate in the range of 5. 012 5 N 100.25 μg/mL（r = 0. 999 6）. The recovery rate was 97.4% （ RSD = 1.1%, n = 6）. Conclusion The preparation is simple in preparation technique and good in stability. The HPLC method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Vitamin U Aluminium Hydroxide and Mangesium Trisilicate capsules.
