摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定甲哨唑片的含量。方法:以十八烷基为固定相,50％甲醇溶液为流动相,紫外检测波长为220nm,流速为0.8ml/min。结果:其线性范围为20～100ug/ml,平均加样回收率为99.0％(RSD=0.98％)。方法准确可靠。
Objectives: The HPLC have been developed for the determination of metronida- zole. Method: The fixed phase is ODS C18, the mobile phase consisted of 50% methanol, the de- tected wave length was 220nm, the flow is 0.8ml/min. Results: The linear range were 20-100 ul/ mg. The average recovery were 99.0%(RSD0.98%) for HPLC, respectively.
