摘要
目的:建立颠胃酸口服液中山莨菪碱含量的测定方法。方法:以山莨菪碱为对照品,溴甲酚绿溶液为染色剂,利用染色剂在一定pH中与莨菪碱定量结合成有色络合物的原理,应用分光光度仪检测其含量。结果:山莨菪碱在70.0～350.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,A=0.0016 C+0.0201(r=0.9992),回收率98.3%,RSD=1.48%(n=6)。结论:所建方法便捷、重现性好,适用于颠胃酸口服液中山莨菪碱含量的测定。
Objective To establish the contents determination method of anisodamine in Dianweisuan oral liquid.Methods The principle of acid dye colorimetry was that anisodamine could react wtih quantitative bromocresol green and form the coloured complex under a certain pH,and the coloured complex could be determined with spectrophotometry,then the contents of anisodamine could be calculated.Results The linear range of anisodamine was 1.4 to 14.0 μg/mL,the linear equation was A=0.0016C-0.0201(r = 0.9992),the average recovery rate was 98.3% with RSD of 1.48%.Conclusion This method was convenient,stable and could be used to control the quality of Dianweisuan oral liquid.
