摘要
教师培养是发展教育的关键 ,而课程设计是培养目标的重要体现。中国教师培养的教育课程设置科目少 ,学时少 ;国外发达国家和地区教师培养的教育课程设置科目多 ,课时学分比例大。通过比较研究发现 ,国外比我国更重视师范生的教育专业训练 ,注重教育科学的学习。因此 ,在我国教师培养模式改革中 ,不应只培养学科专业知识合格的学生、专家 ,而应立足于培养合格的教师。
Teacher training is the key problem in education development, and curriculum design is the significant reflection of training object. The subject and period of ecucational curriculum offered in Chinese teacher training are less than that of developed countries and regions. By the comparative study, we find that foreign countries pay more attention on the educational professional training of normal school students than China, and they also take the study of educational science seriously. Therefore, the reformation of China teacher-training model should train qualified teacher and educationist rather than students and experts only qualified in professional knowledge.
