摘要
本文对植物磷脂提取方法的研究开发现状进行了综述 ,介绍了植物磷脂提取过程中各主要步骤的研究开发现状 ,及对各种方法的利弊进行了探讨。
Present state of studies and utilization on the purifying phospholipid methods was summarized in this paper.Studies and utilizations on the main process of plant phospolipid purifying were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of every method were discassed.
