摘要
目前制取大豆粉末磷脂工艺常用丙酮萃取法,其影响因素包括萃取温度、时间、溶剂比和萃取次数。对这些因素进行了研究,通过正交实验方法确定最佳工艺条件为:萃取温度20℃、萃取时间20min、溶剂比10倍、萃取次数3次。
Powdered soybean phospholipid is made of concentrated phospholipid by acetone extraction.Factors affecting its quality,such as temprature,time,ratio and extration frequency are studied,and its technology parameters are researched by orthogonal test.
