摘要
目的探讨了四君子汤对严重烫伤大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、常规喂养组、肉汤喂养组和四君子汤组。烫伤模型为30%TBSAⅢ度烫伤。4组大鼠经不同喂养治疗4 d和12 d后分别对外周T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞比例进行分析,并对治疗后不同时间点调节性T细胞(Treg)进行动态观察。结果与对照组比较,喂养4 d和12 d后常规喂养组、肉汤喂养组和四君子汤喂养组CD3+和CD3+CD4+细胞百分数、CD4/CD8比例和NK细胞百分比明显下降(P<0.05),CD3+CD8+细胞百分比显著增加(P<0.05)。喂养12 d后,四君子汤喂养组CD3+和CD3+CD4+细胞百分数、CD4/CD8比例和NK细胞百分比较常规喂养组、肉汤喂养组明显增加(P<0.05),CD3+CD8+细胞百分比较常规喂养组、肉汤喂养组明显下降(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,喂养4 d后常规喂养组、肉汤喂养组和四君子汤喂养组外周Treg细胞百分比明显增加(P<0.05)。在喂养8 d后四君子汤喂养组外周Treg细胞百分比较常规喂养组和肉汤喂养组明显下降,16 d后与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四君子汤可显著改善严重烫伤大鼠机体免疫功能,为临床治疗严重烫伤提供了一定的理论。
To explore the effects of Sijunzi decoction on immunologic function of rats with severe burns,60 Wistar rats were recruited and randomly divide into control group,conventional feeding group,broth feeding group and Sijunzi decoction group.Animal model of severe burns was established by 30% TBSA Ⅲ scale.T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were analyzed on day 4 and day 12 after different feeding in 4 groups;dynamic change of regulatory T cells was analyzed after different feeding in 4 groups.By comparing with control group,we found that CD3＋and CD4＋T lymphocyte subsets as well as the ratio of CD4/CD8 were significantly decreased（P 0.05）,while CD8 T lymphocyte subsets were significantly enhanced（P 0.05） on 4 days and 12 days after different feeding in conventional feeding group,broth feeding group,and Sijunzi decoction group.On day 12 after feeding,CD3＋and CD4＋T lymphocyte subsets as well as the ratio of CD4/CD8 significantly enhanced（P 0.05） but CD8 T lymphocyte subsets significantly decreased（P 0.05） in Sijunzi decoction groups,compared with conventional feeding group and broth feeding group;and compared with control group,Treg cells in conventional feeding group,broth feeding group,and Sijunzi decoction group significantly enhanced on day 4 after feeding（P 0.05）.Furthermore,Treg cells in Sijunzi decoction group were significantly decreased from day 8 after treatment,and demonstrated no difference on day 16,as compared with conventional feeding group and broth feeding group.All result indicated Sijunzi decoction can significantly improve immunologic function of rats with severe burns.And the study provides theory evidence for clinical therapy of severe burns.
