摘要
在六次甲基四胺 -盐酸缓冲体系中 ,微量铜能催化空气中的氧 ,而使花青氧化褪色。据此建立了测定微量铜的新催化动力学分析法 ,方法线性范围为 0 .0 5~ 0 .5 μg/ m L,检测限为 0 .0 2μg/ m L。该方法用于土壤和水样中铜的测定 。
A novel kinetic spectrophotometry for determination of trace copper is established based on the redox reaction between O 2 and gallocyanine catalysed by copper in weak acid medium.The calibration graph is linear between 0.05~0.5 μg/mL Cu 2+ ,and the detection limit is 0.02 μg/mL .Copper content in such samples as solid and water is determined,and the results are satisfactory.
