摘要
本文分析了民办本科院校教师队伍的现状,提出民办本科院校应当走以学校主导型为主的教师发展之路,认为学校和教师双方在教师发展中均应承担责任,并总结了笔者所在学校以学校主导型为主的教师发展实践探索。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching staff at non-governmental undergraduate universities and proposes the view that these universities should practice university domination to develop teaching staff and both universities and teachers should take equal responsibility for the teachers' development. It also summarizes what is doing at Dahongying University so as to provide some reference to the related work.
