摘要
在明确新建本科院校应用型教学团队建设的必要性的基础上,分析新建本科院校应用型教学团队建设存在的问题,提出新建本科院校应用型教学团队建设的对策建议:明确目标定位、完善管理模式、健全考核评价机制和营造组织文化氛围。
This article, based on the necessary construction of applied teaching teams in newly built undergraduate universities, analyzes the existing problems, therefore advancing suggestions of setting clear objectives, improving management modes, perfecting appraisal mechanism and creating an atmosphere of organizational culture.
