摘要
文章对20世纪80年代以后我国大学教师发展的政策进行了梳理,提出了大学教师政策发展的三个阶段,并从政策理念、政策价值取向、政策动因等方面分析了政策的主要特征及存在的不足,并提出了相关的政策建议。
By analyzing the major policy documents which influence college teachers' development since the late 1980' s, This paper reveals three phases of policy on Chinese college teachers development; and shows characteristics of the policy by the views of ideas of the policy, value of the policy and the power of the policy. And the last part is the suggestions to the policy malting.
