基于Th2型过敏性炎症的胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素产生小鼠模型的建立 被引量:5

摘要 近年研究发现,胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(thymicstro—mallymphopoietin,TSLP)是过敏性炎症一个重要的启动因子,触发DCs介导的Th2型炎症反应。本课题组前期试图从TSLP的角度研究药物抗过敏作用的机制,但发现在现有的过敏性炎症模型中,过敏原攻击后产生明显的炎症反应时,往往TSLP水平已开始降低,难以用于评价药物影响。因此本研究建立了致敏初期TSLP产生的模型,可为探索药物对过敏性疾病初期的作用及其机制提供合适的方法。
