摘要
目的:研究"肤敏"膏滋剂对小鼠变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)的抑制作用,探讨其作用机理。方法:以DNFB和FITC分别建立小鼠ACD模型,采用ELISA法检测ACD小鼠产生干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素4和6(IL-4、IL-6)的水平及"肤敏"膏对4种细胞因子的作用。结果:口服不同剂量"肤敏"膏对4种细胞因子均有显著或不同程度的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:"肤敏"膏对小鼠ACD疗效可能通过抑制Th1/Th2细胞因子而发挥作用。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of "Fu Min" Gao inhibiting al/ergic contact dermatitis (ACD) in murine model. Methods :The routine model of allergic comaet dermatitis by topical DNCB and FITC were used. After oral administration of "Fu Min" Gao in different doses, The levels of IFN -γ,TNF α,IL-4 and IL-6 in the serum of these mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EL/SA). Result :Different doses of "Fu Min" Gao inhibited the expression of these four eytokines to different degrees. ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The therapeutic effect of "Fu Min" Gao on murine ACD may be played by inhibiting the expression of some cytokines of helper T lymphocyte.
