摘要
镇江市是江苏省唯一的公立医院改革试点城市，为探讨镇江市在医保改革中取得的成效，文章对镇江市基本医保基金运行情况进行分析，选取三级、二级、一级医疗机构各一家，以2009～2011年为研究时间段，探索改革前后三种基本医保基金对医疗服务的补偿及控费现况。
Zhenjiang city is the only pilot city of public hospital reform in Jiangsu Province. In order to study the effect of the health care reform, the article selected 3 hospitals represented 3 different medical institution levels, focused on the period of 2009-2011, explored the operation of basic medical insurance fund, and investigated the cost control of basic medical insurance funds as a compensation for medical service.
