摘要
支付方式作为一种经济激励手段,关系到整个医疗服务体系的绩效。自城镇职工基本医疗保险制度推行以来,全国各地在医保运行和管理的实践中,根据当地的实际情况对支付方式进行了一系列的探索和改革,既有经验也有教训。在对各地医保支付方式改革的经验教训进行总结和讨论的基础上,提出政策建议,为医保支付方式进一步改革与完善提供借鉴。
Provider payment system as economic incentive affects the whole health care system performance. Since the basic medical insurance for urban employees has been implemented in China, medical insurance management departments across the country have been carrying out a series of explorations and reforms on provider payment system according to the local situation. The paper summarized and discussed the experience and lessons learned from different regions on provider payment system reform throughout the country to provide policy recommendations for further reform and improvement in this field.
