摘要
如何找出一种既科学又合理、且便于操作的新型农村合作医疗慢性病的付费方式非常重要。基于权重系数的新型农村合作医疗慢性病付费方式,很好的解决了这一问题,并对控制新型农村合作医疗慢性病基金的运行风险,规范定点医疗机构的服务行为起到了作用。
It is of great importance to find out a scientific,reasonable and operational friendly payment system to deal with chronic diseases,which is under the coverage of New Rural Gooperative Medical Schem（NRCMS）.The payment system for chronic diseases under NRCMS based on the coefficient of weighting solves the problem well and takes effect in controlling operational fund risks of NRCM chronic diseases and standardizing the services in designated medical institutions.
