摘要
目的建立不同炮制品半夏配方颗粒的红外光谱快速鉴别方法。方法采用一维红外光谱及二阶导数光谱法分别对清半夏、法半夏和姜半夏配方颗粒进行红外光谱分析。结果不同炮制品半夏配方颗粒的红外光谱基本相似,在一维红外光谱中1718、1300、1245、1238、1202 cm^(-1)附近的特征吸收峰,以及二阶导数光谱中1722、1695、510、500、459 cm^(-1)附近的谱峰,其位置、强度、形状上均存在一定差异。结论通过比较不同级别红外光谱特征图谱,可以准确、快速地鉴别不同炮制品半夏配方颗粒。
Objective To establish a rapid FTIR method for the identification of different formula granules of processed Pinelliae Rhizonuz. Methods Three formula granules of different processed Pinelliae Rhizoma (Pinelliae Rhizoma praeparatmn, Pinelliae Rhizoma praeparatum cmn zingibere et alumine, and PineUiae Rhizoma praeparatum cure alumine) were investigated by FTIR, with one-dimensional infrared spectrums and secomt derivative spectra. Results The infrared spectrums of three formula granules were similar, while the position,intensity and shape of absorption peaks were different at 1 718, 1300,1 245,1 238,1 202 cm^-1in one-dimensional intYared spectrums, and 1 722, 1 695,510,500,459 cm in second derivative spectra. Conclusion The infrared spectrums can identify formula granules of different processed Pinelliae Rhizoma accurately and quickly.
