熊胆的红外光谱是由主要成分TUDCA、TCDCA、TCA、UDCA、CDCA的红外光谱组成,具有很强的特征性。用其鉴定熊胆,能比较客观地反映熊胆的内在质量。可以避免一般鉴定方法的主观性和片面性。
The characteristic infrared spectrum of bear gall, which reflects its main com-ponents:TUDCA, TCDCA, TCA,UDCA and CDCA, reveals truly the composi-tion of bear gall and makes good on vipionable estimations of its quality obtainedwith conventional methods.
