摘要
目的：比较半夏、水半夏及其炮制品中β-谷甾醇的含量。方法：采用双波长薄层扫描法进行测定。结果：β-谷甾醇点样量在0．6～3．0μg范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．999。回收率为97．48％，RSD=1．70％（n=5）。结论：水半夏生品及炮制品中β-谷甾醇含量要高于半夏生品及炮制品中β-谷甾醇含量。
Objective： To compare the contents of β-sitosterol in Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis and their processed products. Methods： The dual wavelength TLCS method was selected to determine the contents. Results： The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.6 - 3.0μg（r = 0. 999）. The average recovery was 97.48% with RSD = 1.70%. Conclusion： The contents of β-sitosterol in the crude and the processed products of Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis are more than those of the crude and the processed products of Rhizoma Pinelliae.
