摘要
本文利用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)技术并在Stber法的基础上,制备了粒径尺寸在20 nm到90 nm可控的SiO2纳米微粒。通过控制氨水的起始浓度可较为便捷的调控粒子的尺寸。六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDS)用做疏水改性剂,以调整纳米微粒的润湿性。改性粒子的红外光谱亦证明了HMDS的成功引入。这些疏水亲油的纳米微粒可望用于纳米液中,以增大注水量并最终提高油层采收率。
Silica nanoparticles with particle size ranged from about 20 nm to 90 nm were prepared by sol-gel technology based on Stber method.The particle size could be controlled conveniently by varying the initial concentration of ammonia.Hexamethyldisilazane(HMDS) was used to modify the wettability of these silica nanoparticles and FTIR spectral demonstrated that HMDS was successfully introduced in the surface of silica particles.The obtained hydrophobic and lipophilic nanoparticles are expected for the use of nanofluids,which could improve the water injection and therefore enhance oil recovery.
