摘要
从大庆油田生产井中分离到一株BacillusDC76.该株菌为革兰氏阳性、能形成内生芽孢的菌株,具有还原销酸盐的能力,接触酶阳性。BacillusD76在以最终浓度为4%的大庆原油作为唯一碳原的无机盐场养基上,应用Hungate严格厌氧技术,40℃,150r/min培养25天,质谱分析检测到了丁酸和1,2,3,4-四甲基-5-异丙基苯的产生。该株菌在好氧条件下也能同化原油。
A strain of Bacillus D76 was isolated from the producing well of Daqing Oilfield. Itis a Gram-positive, spore-forming aerobe. This strain reduces nitrates, and it is catalasepositive. On a reciprocal shaker (150 r/min) at 40℃, under strictly anaerobial conditionswhere Hungate technology was used, the strain of Bacillus D76 was grown on a mineralmedium containing Daqing oil as the carbon source in the final concentration of 4%. Bu-tanlic Acid and 1, 2, 3, 4-Tetra-Methyl-5-Isopropyl Benzene were detected by mass spec-trum. The strain of Bacillus D76 can also biodegradate oil aerobically.
