摘要
建立了采用气相色谱法分离检测工作场所空气及水体中己二酸的方法。空气中的己二酸经0.01mol/L NaOH溶液吸收,0.05mol/L HCl酸化;水体中己二酸直接经0.05mol/L HCl酸化,采用乙酸乙酯提取,六甲基二硅氮烷衍生为较易挥发的硅烷类衍生物,用毛细管气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器分离测定。方法测定的线性范围为2.0~100.0μg/mL,空气及水体中已二酸的检出限分别为7.0μg/m3与1.0μg/L。
A method for the determination of adipic acid in air and water by gas ehromatography(GC) with hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) was established. The adipic acid in air is adsorbed by 0.01 mol/L NaOH and soured by 0.05 mol/L HC1. The adipic acid in water is soured by 0.05 mol/L HC1. Then the adipic acid is extracted by the ethyl acetate. After being derived by hexamethyl disilazane (HMDS) ,the target was detected by GC-FID. The linear range of this method was 2.0-100.0 μg/mL, the detection lira proposed method its were 7. 0 μg/m3 and 1. 0μg/L, respectively. The sensitivity and precision of the can meet the practical analysis requirements.
