摘要
化学驱作为提高采收率的主要方法,广泛应用于国内外各大油田,取得了良好的原油增产稳产效果,但现有化学驱油技术受限于油藏地质条件、成本效益及技术水平,部分油田的原油开采率并不理想。研究证明,纳米驱油剂引入了纳米材料独特的物化性质,可通过降低油水界面张力、改变岩石表面的润湿性等更有效地剥离原油,达到增产的目的。纳米驱油剂大多在复杂油藏条件下稳定性好,部分驱油剂可重复使用,在提高采收率领域具有巨大的潜力。该文以纳米驱油剂的存在状态分为纳米粉剂、纳米Pickering乳液及纳米乳液三类,着重论述了基于纳米SiO_(2)的纳米粉剂和纳米乳液的研究进展,对纳米驱油剂的优势和存在的问题做了详细总结,解析了纳米驱油剂的驱油机理并展望了发展趋势。
Chemical flooding,as the main method to improve recovery,has been widely applied in the oilfields and has achieved good results in enhancing and stabilising crude oil recovery,but the existing chemical flooding technology are limited by reservoir geological conditions,cost effectiveness and technology level,and the recovery rate of crude oil in some oilfields is not satisfactory.The study proves that nano oil repellents can enhance crude oil production by reducing oil-water interfacial tension and changing rock wettability,are stable under complex reservoir conditions and have great potential in the field of recovery enhancement.The existence of nano-displacement agent is divided into three categories:nano-powder,nano-Pickering emulsion and nano-emulsion,and the research progress of nano-powders and nano-emulsions based on nano-SiO_(2),summarises the advantages and problems of nano-oil repellents,analyses the mechanism of nano-oil repellents and outlines the development trend.
