摘要
近年来,河南在低碳发展方面采取了一系列措施,取得了一定成效,然而也存在一些问题,河南低碳发展成效如何,以及如何促进低碳发展是亟待研究的问题。首先分析了河南低碳发展的现状,然后运用层次分析法建立河南低碳发展评价体系,研究了河南历年低碳发展水平,通过研究发现河南低碳发展水平整体呈现向好趋势,但仍存在一些问题,最后结合研究提出促进低碳发展对策。
In recent years, although a series of measures has been adopted in Henan, and has obtained some achievements in low carbon development, there are also some problems. So, the problems about the effective of low carbon development in Henan, and how to promote low carbon development need to be studied. Firstly, the present situation of low carbon development in Henan is analyzed, and the evaluation system of low carbon development in Henan is also established by AHP. Secondly, the low carbon development level in Henan is studied. And through the study, we found that low carbon development level in henan has the positive trend presently, but there are still some problems. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to promote the low carbon development.
