摘要
计算了1999-2010年无锡市各工业行业的碳排放强度,并分析了其变化趋势。结果显示,1999-2010年期间,无锡市工业碳排放强度呈现明显的下降趋势,下降幅度为59.6%。采用改进的差值因素分解法,从效率效应、结构效应两个方面分析了工业碳排放强度变化的内在动因。结果显示,在1999-2010年无锡市工业碳排放强度的变化量中,结构贡献率为42.84%,效率贡献率为57.16%;1999-2005年结构效应是碳排放强度下降的主要原因,贡献率为76.23%;2005-2010年效率效应是碳排放强度下降的主要驱动因素,贡献率为81.73%。
This essay calculates the industrial carbon emission intensity of every industrial sector of Wuxi city and analyzes its variation trend from the year of 1999 to 2010. And the result shows that Wuxi' s industrial carbon emission intensity has declined obviously and has fell 59.6% from 1999 to 2010. Then the essay uses the method of improved difference factor decom- position to analyze the internal influence factors of the variation of the industrial carbon intensity from efficiency effects and structure effects. The result shows that the contribution rate of structure accounts for 42.84% and the contribution rate of efficiency accounts for 57.16% in the variable quantity of Wuxi' s industrial carbon emission intensity from 1999 to 2010. The result also shows that the main reason of the decline of Wuxi' s industrial carbon emission intensity from 1999 to 2005 is structure effects whose contribution rate accounts for 76.23% , and from 2005 to 2010 the main driving factor is efficiency effects whose contribution rate accounts for 81.73%. The two main methods to further low carbon development of industry in Wuxi city are the improvement of energy efficiency and the optimization of industrial structure.
