摘要
本文阐述了产业低碳转型的重要性,分析了青海省能源消费结构和传统高碳产业能源消费现状,以及青海低碳经济发展面临的形势,提出了传统高碳产业低碳转型发展的基本路径。
The paper expounds the importance of low--carbon industry transformation, analyses the energy consumption structure in Qinghai Province and the present situation of energy consumption in the traditional high--carbon industry, as well as the situation which the low--carbon economic development fa- cing with, and proposed the basic path of the traditional high--carbon Industry transformation low--carbon Industry development.
