摘要
文章应用模糊层次分析法对省区的低碳经济发展进行评价,选取了我国典型的省份进行比较,并以四川省为例,针对存在的问题提出对策建议:扩大对外开放,加快经济发展;优化能源结构,减少环境污染;加大支持力度,开发低碳技术等对策建议。
This article makes an evaluation of the development of the low-carbon economy of province by FAHP,and compares with the typical provinces,and takes Sichuan as the example,deals with the existing problems,this article brings forth suggestions for expanding opening to the outside world,promoting economic development,optimizing energy structure,reducing the pollution of the environment,intensifying support for the development of low-carbon technologies.
