摘要
以无患子果皮为原料,采用微波辅助提取技术,以水为萃取溶剂提取无患子中的皂苷。选用齐墩果酸作为无患子皂苷的对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定无患子皂苷的含量。通过萃取一定量的无患子多次直至其中皂苷几乎完全被萃取出,测定得到无患子中总皂苷的含量。以无患子皂苷的提取率为评价指标,选择微波功率、提取次数、提取时间、料液比4个工艺参数考察微波辅助水提取法对无患子皂苷提取率的影响。通过单因素分析,得到微波辅助水提取无患子皂苷的最优工艺条件为:微波功率0档、提取次数4次、提取时间75 s、料液比1∶6。该工艺快速、节能、提取率高、对环境友好。
The sapindus-saponin was extracted by the water with the microwave extraction method.The reference substance of the saponin was the oleanolic acid.The content of saponin was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.The sapindus-saponin was almost completely extracted for times enough to determine the content of the total saponins.The yield of the saponin was as the detective marker.The four influential factors including the microwave power,the extraction times,the extraction time and the material-liquid ratio were investigated.The univariate analysis show that the optimal conditions are as follows:the microwave power is 0; the sapindus-saponin was extracted 4 times,which lasts for 75 seconds; and the material to liquid ratio is 1 ∶ 6.The process is fast,energyefficient,and environmentally friendly.
