几种膜用于混合气体透过分离的操作参数考察

摘要 利用混合气体(O_2/N_2、H_2/Co)探讨了硅橡胶-聚砜复合膜、活性添加物一聚砜共混膜的分离性能以及考察了操作条件(?)(膜两侧的压力比)、θ(透过气体流量对进料气体流量的比值)以及进料组成对氧浓度、氢浓度的影响。本文为上述二种膜的实际应用提供了有价值的参考数据。 Operating parameters for pcrmeation of mixed gases (O_2/N_2, H_2/CO) through silicone-rubber—polysulfone composite membrane and active additives-polysulfone blended membranes were investigated. Operating conditions such as r (pressure ratio between both sides of membrane), θ(ratio between the quantities of permeated gas and feed gas) and influences of feed gas composition on concentration of oxygen and hydrogen in permeate were also studied. Some valuable reference data have been provided for actual application of above two membrames.
