摘要 目的 研究胃癌组织中组织蛋白酶D(CD)的表达并探讨CD与胃癌生物学行为的相关性。方法 运用S -P免疫组化方法检测 5 0例胃癌组织CD的表达 ,并分析与胃癌临床因素、临床病理分期间的关系。结果 CD阳性表达率 72 % (36 / 5 0 ) ,CD阳性表达率在低分化组 (2 3/ 2 6 )明显高于分化组 (13/ 2 4) ;浆膜侵犯组 (2 0 / 2 2 )明显高于未侵犯组 (16 / 2 8) ;淋巴结转移阳性组 (2 1/ 2 4)明显高于淋巴结转移阴性组 (15 / 2 6 ) ,且随着病理分期的提高 ,CD阳性率有逐渐升高趋势。结论 CD的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移相关 。 Objective To study the expression of cathepsin D(CD) in gastric carcinoma and the relativity between CD and biological benhavior of gastric carcinoma.Methods To investigate expression of CD in fifty specimens resected from patients with gastric carcinoma by immunohistochemical S-P method,to analysis the relationship between the expression of CD and the clinic factors and pathologic stages.Results The positive expression rate of CD was 72% (36/50).The CD positivity in low differentiation group (23/26) was significantly higher than that in high differentiation group (13/24),the serosai invasion group (20/22) significantly higher than that in no invasion group (16/28),the lymphy node metastasis group (21/24) significantly higher than that in no lymphy node metastasis group (15/26) ( P <0.05).Furthermore,the CD postivity was gradually increasing in accordance with pathologic stage.Conclusions The expression of CD is associated with the differentiation,serosal invasion and lympy node metastasis in gastric carcinoma.CD is a new efficient parameter for evaluation of the prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.
