摘要
目的 探讨MMP 7、E CAD在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 利用免疫组化方法观察 72例内膜癌组织、6 4例癌前病变组织和 80例正常子宫内膜中MMP 7及E CAD的表达情况。结果 内膜癌组、癌前病变组MMP 7的阳性表达明显高于正常内膜组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而前两组之间无显著差异。内膜癌组E CAD的阳性表达明显低于正常内膜组和癌前病变组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,后两组之间无显著差异。随临床分期增高、组织分化程度降低、淋巴结转移 ,MMP 7表达明显增强 ,E CAD表达明显下降 (P<0 .0 1)。E CAD与MMP 7表达之间存在负相关 (r =- 0 .36 0 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 MMP 7在内膜癌发生过程中起了重要作用 ,MMP 7表达增强和E CAD表达减少 ,是内膜癌浸润和转移的重要促进因素。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Matrix metalloproteinase 7(MMP-7) and E-cadherin(E-CAD) in carcinoma of endometrium tissue.Methods Tissue specimens of the endometria were respectively collected from 72 patients with carcinoma of endometrium,64 patients with precancertissue and 80 normal women. Immunohistochemical analysis was employed to detect the expression of MMP-7 and E-CAD in these specimens.Results The expression rate of MMP-7 was significantly higher in carcinoma of endometrium group and precancertissue group than those in normal group. In normal group and precancertissue group,the expression rate of E-CAD was significantly higher than those in carcinoma of endometrium group. MMP-7 expression amplified significantly when clinical disease period raised,tissue classification decreased and lymph node transferred. The expression of E-CAD was found antithesis in these situation and had inverse correlate with MMP-7.Conclusion MMP-7 plays an important role in carcinoma of endometrium beginning. MMP-7 increment and E-CAD abatement are the important promoting factors in the infiltration and transition of carcinoma of endometrium.
